52: Week 50

 Week 50!  I realized I haven't done any sort of hard core photoshop for a while now, so here is my attempt to remedy that.  This shoot was one I have had planned for a long time.  Originally intended to be a couple shoot with an ex boyfriend, I decided I would do it anyway, since I had already taken the location shots, had the poses in mind and the costumes picked out.

The location photos are HDR shots of Frame Park in down town Waukesha that I took last spring.  The model is my friend Carly who I photographed in the studio this pas week.

Week 50

Closed the dress, fixed the braid, erased fly aways, retouched makeup, and usual dodging and burning.

52: Week 37

This has been an idea I've had in my head for quite a while.  A wiccan-magial scene, with the witch being caught in the act.  My roomie, Kaitlyn, was kind enough to come model for me in the heat and a velvet cape.  The books were checked out from the library, and the candle was one my roomie found for me.  After the shoot, we had fun in the rose garden!

Amanda

This past week, Amanda contacted me asking to do an impromptu photo shoot, right then! So I packed up my bags, met her outside, and we drove to frame park to have some fun! This is my favorite photo of the day. Thanks for the fun Amanda, it was a needed break from finals!

Senja & Jordan

Senja and Jordan attend College at my home town and heard of me through a friend. They drove 2 hours to have me take their engagement portraits! The day was freezing, but it was still a great time. Congratulations on your engagement and wedding next summer, you two were so much fun to work with!

Jaclyn & Kevin

Say hello to Jaclyn and Kevin! Kevin came to Carroll on leave and we took this opportunity to get in another couple shoot! Kevin and Jaclyn were both great to work with (as usual) and the shoot was definitely entertaining!

Here is Maddie and Erick, again! We did a shoot about this time last year, and heres our second time around!

Bree and Jeremiah

Bree and her boyfriend have been planning a couple shoot with more for almost a year now! They wanted to wait till closer to their one year anniversary (happy anniversary!) Bree lived next door to me in my dorm last year and she and her boyfriend were so much fun to work with! We went down to Frame Park and took so many adorable photos it was hard to pick only a few.

Bree, Jeremiah, thank you for giving me the opportunity to take your portraits, you were a lot of fun to work with!

Romeo and Juliet

For one of my classes I needed to o a themed shoot for my final portfolio. For another class I had to create an altered book with the theme Romeo and Juliet. Combine the need for pictures into one shoot? Great idea.
Thank you Alison and Alex for modeling for me on such short notice, you both did a wonderful job!

Eva & Matt

Eva and Matt are Seniors who have been dating since high school with their wedding planned for this coming summer. We had attempted 3 shoots previously which all were rained out, when Eva finally caught me today-on a good day- and planned our shoot.



Eva and Matt, I'm so glad we finally got to shoot, exploring Waukesha with you was so much fun! Thank you for waiting out the weather with me, the photos turned out beautiful!
