Self: The Girl Who Had All Three

Again, another self portrait. This time Harry Potter themed. The Deathly Hallows are a group of three magical objects: the invisibility cloak, the elder wand, and the resurrection stone. According to The Tale of the Three Brothers from The Tales of Beedle the Bard, the Peverell brothers found, and beat Death. Death gave them a choice of anything they wanted; the first brother chose a wand that could not be defeated in battle, the second asked for a way to bring back someone from death, and the third selected a cloak that made the wearer invisible to hide from Death himself. It is said that when the three items are united, they can conquer death.

The phrase: The Girl Who Had All Three relates to the titles given to the main characters from the Harry Potter series:
Hermione: The Brightest Witch of Her Age
Ron: The King
Harry: The Chosen One

Here is the photo before editing. The blanket was edited out by selecting the color and deleting it. I then placed myself in the new background, and brought the blanket back in by selecting the pink from the original photo, desaturating it, and lowering the opacity to give the invisible effect while still keeping texture and form. The wand color was reversed with the reverse quick command, and the lumps were created with the liquify tool.

p.s.
My eyes are red from my contacts, don't make fun of me!
