Wedding: Steph & James

My aunt Stephanie finally got married!  In the shortest ceremony of my entire career, I had the honor of standing up, and photographing my aunts wedding.

Dresses made by Grandma
Flowers done by Mom
Cake done by James's sister in law
Photos by yours truly

Engagement: Liz and Brandon

This awesome couple is Liz and Brandon!  I came to Stevens Point specifically to shoot their engagement session, and it was totally worth it!  Liz and Brandon were awesome, putting up with rain, wet grass, and some stranger trying to hire me on the spot.  I am so grateful that you guys stuck it out!

Thank you for giving me the opportunity to photograph your beautiful engagement, and your wedding next summer!

Senior: Jerek

This kid and his family are great! Jerek, I, and his family had so much fun messing with hats and talking about kittens! It was a really relaxed shoot, but I have to say we got some exciting photos!

Jerek, thanks for being such a great kid and bringing things that really represent you to your shoot. I really feel like someone could look at these pictures, and see how awesome you are.

Senior: Jenna

Jenna and I probably had a little too much fun at her senior portrait shoot yesterday, but when you're as cool as she is it's hard not to have fun! We had a great adventure getting in the water and climbing on downed trees, it was hard to only pick a few photos for this blog post!

Jenna, thank you so much for choosing me as your photographer. I had so much fun, and I look forward to seeing you in the future!

Senior: Jacob

This Kid here is Jacob. Jacob and I had a great time working together. I got to learn a whole bunch about baseball and football. Apparently football is more than just "get ball, cross line, don't get tackled." Not only was Jacob on the state football team last year, he is playing for the state title in baseball this weekend. I made sure to get some cool sports pictures for him, but we had a great time working at Iverson as well.

Jacob, thank you for choosing me for your senior portraits. Good luck this weekend in baseball, and in the fall for football.

Senior: Nicole

This session ended with more fun than it started with! Nicole's mother was unable to book a session with me last year for her son, so they made sure Nicole was one of my first clients this year! Nicole was-and acted- like a true model, and her mom was a great backseat coach. I think you can tell from these photos we had a lot of fun, it was hard not to laugh!

Nicole, you were a great model, and I know you will have a great senior year. Make sure to show these photos to your brother so he can see how awesome you look!
It wasn't raining, but we had fun with my umbrella anyway!
Make sure to click the picture to get a better look!

Senior: David

First senior portrait of the year! This is my friend David, who came all the way from Florida to have me take his senior portraits! (ok, maybe they were just in the neighborhood...) Either way, the session went really well! David was a blast to work with, and his morph suit was quite the treat.

David, have an awesome senior year down in Florida, and I look forward to seeing you again in the future!

Thea

Almost all of my fun shoots this summer will be dedicated to my portfolio. I'm planning on writing two magazines, one for men, and one for women. I'm then going to design the magazine, the advertisements, shoot all the photographs, and write all the articles. This photo shoot with Thea is the beginning.

The modeled for me at 10 at night on the beach of Iverson in a wedding dress, with teen boys skinny dipping in the water and the park police coming to investigate. It was a pretty safe adventure, compared to what Iverson has been.

I want to thank Thea for modeling for me (amazingly well I might add) and a special thanks to Andrew. Thank you for being our body guard, my flash assistant, my light, my advice giver, and thanks for the loan of your shirt. My flash appreciated not having to touch the sand.

And here is the practice ad.
